Stafford based Biomass Power Ltd have been contracted to produce the final detailed designs for the Gasifier at Hirwaun. This will be the fourth UK plant to be built by BPL after East Sussex, Hoddeston in North London and the Bombardier plant in Northern Ireland. The initial contract value is slightly under £1m.
